Strategic Office Solutions is a non-profit organization located in Sharpsburg, PA 15215. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Administration department. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support organizational growth and make meaningful difference within our organization. Developing and updating our learning resource center platform.
Maintain our SharePoint compliance center.
Assist with benefit processing.
Chair the worker's comp safety committee and create newsletters.
Assist in employee training.
Onboarding new employees.
Serving as a backup for payroll processing.
Performing and/or developing audits, proofreading, and other duties Human Resource/Clerical functions as needed. Mon-Fri, 8 am – 4:30 pm.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of Human Resource background required.
