We are seeking a
Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse with the Medical Pediatrics Department at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI. The CNA is responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of the RN. This position will attend to patient requests, work in a team environment, maintain room cleanliness and assist with daily living activities.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS - Active listing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry is REQUIRED OR
- Licensed Practical Nursing Licensure REQUIRED
- Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire required.
- Knowledge of patient care standards normally obtained through completion of CNA certification
Hours: Part-time; 48 hours per week, 12 hour shifts 0700-1900 and 1900-0700 with every other weekend and holiday
