Top rural hospital in New England looking for a House Coordinator to join their team!
This job opportunity is with a 25-bed critical access hospital in Northwestern New Hampshire. Over the years, they have struck a very successful balance between having state of the art technology with individualized patient care. Additional details:
- Permanent full-time role -- 36 hours/week
- BSN, BS or BA strongly preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, Basic Dysrhythmia course certifications required
- Accountable for coordinating the activities and providing clinical and supervisory leadership and expertise for the overall Department of Nursing including Med-Surg, ICU, Emergency, Surgery and Oncology
- Works closely with all departments to coordinate services necessary for optimal patient care
- Contributes to the vision, mission, strategic plan of the organization
- Responsible to make rounds to patients on the Medical Surgical unit and ICU every shift as well as make rounds to all Nursing departments in the Medical Center at least every 4 hours / as needed
- Some hands-on patient care required as needed
- Experience in a critical access facility is a plus
