Notify the Facility Administrator or Director of Nursing of any changes in services affecting residents. Evaluate all new admissions with psychiatric diagnoses or on psychiatric medications. Conduct evaluations for residents diagnosed with psychiatric conditions, Alzheimer's, or dementia. Provide grief counseling for residents and staff on an as-needed basis. Work towards achieving the lowest effective medication dosage. Other duties as assigned by management
