Adelphi Medical is seeking State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA) for a contract opportunity with a nursing facility in Ohio on an as needed basis. The STNAs will provide direct care for patients, which may vary in scope and length.

STNA Ohio License
CPR/BLS Certification
Listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry

Responsibilities:

Provide basic care to patients to enable them to meet their needs of daily living.
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
Accept and fulfill obligations of scheduled assignment which has been requested and confirmed.
Perform other duties as needed by the facility.
