Riverside Community Hospital, Founded in 1901, is a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. RCH houses the largest Emergency Room and Trauma Center in the Inland Empire at 50 beds with an average wait time of only 15 minutes. RCH is one of Riverside Countys only STEMI receiving centers and is a fully accredited Chest Pain Center. Centers of Excellence include the HeartCare Institute, offering invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures, Center of Excellence for Surgical Weight Loss, the Transplant Program and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Position Summary:
Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:- Minimum of one-year acute care hospital experience in area of specialty preferred.
Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:- Valid California RN license.
- Current BCLS certification.
- National RN Certification preferred.
Special Qualifications: - Computer literate.
- Competencies reflected by valid California RN license and validated during preceptor/orientation process.
