We are seeking a Unit Secretary for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Duties:

As the Nursing Unit Secretary, you will promote customer service initiatives.
You will answer telephones and public inquires appropriately.
You will process orders accurately and convey stat orders to appropriate personnel immediately.
You will maintain patient charts and par levels of supplies.
You will support the facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values with customer service.
You will demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures involved in performing job duties.

Centennial Medical Centers 43-acre campus is home to TriStar Centennial Heart & Vascular Center, TriStar Centennial Advanced Joint Replacement Institute, TriStar Centennial Womens Hospital, The Childrens Hospital at TriStar Centennial, Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, and TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with each of the required areas of expertise in section I
Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees
Current Heart Saver/BLS certification (new hire/transfer must obtain within 6 months of hire date.)
