As a Purchasing Systems Manager , you will:
Maintain Support Center I.O. database to ensure accurate information is available on products purchased at the facility level.
Support field I.O. users to ensure appropriate use of perpetual inventory program and the availability of accurate data to support national contracts. Distribute written communication.
Troubleshoot call tickets and outstanding issues with software vendor.
Respond to requests from the field and supervisor for information from software vendor and Central Data Repository.
Develop and maintain user resources and work instructions and BW reporting tool for use of I.O. software.
Review and maintain various reports in support of compliance and standardization for national contract structure.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years of purchasing or healthcare related experience using a computerized inventory system. Combination of education and less experience may qualify.
Knowledge of computerized inventory and purchasing systems.
Problem-solving skills.
Customer-service oriented.
Knowledge of Excel.
Good communication skills.
