The Administrative Coordinator assists in the performance of routine and complex administrative duties which may include maintaining project data, preparing various payroll and personnel forms and answering questions regarding department policies and procedures. Responsible for coordinating a variety of department projects, activities and schedules.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p
Location: 8600 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda,Maryland
Pay rate: $30 per hour
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices;
- Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions;
- Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations;
- Provide information by answering questions and requests;
- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities and determining continuing needs;
- Accomplishe department and organization objectives by completing related results as needed;
- Require analytical ability to gather data, analyze budget reports, generate monthly reports, and interpret department policies and procedures;
- Ability to plan, organize, complete, and manage programs in the most efficient manner.
Associate degree in Business Information Systems, or health care required (or equivalent in education and direct work experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Detail-oriented, organizational skills, people person and good communication skills, team player, able to adapt to change.
Previous experience working in a health care setting to include medical terminology.
