The facility is located in 1 hour from Buffalo, WY.
The schedule is 7 AM to 4 PM at the earliest, with many days extending later, ideally structured as 8- or 10-hour shifts. Cases are primarily bread-and-butter procedures with no hearts or heads. The cath lab performs stents, and case types include some ENT, general surgery, and a heavy focus on orthopedic blocks. The facility handles 650-700 deliveries annually, with CRNAs managing epidurals in the OB-heavy caseload.
