As a Clinical Research Nurse Navigator, you will play a critical role in advancing oncology research by working closely with physicians, research teams, and patients. Your key responsibilities include:

Identifying and screening patients for participation in clinical trials.
Educating patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on clinical trials and treatments.
Ensuring all research protocols and compliance measures are followed.
Assisting with regulatory processes, data management, and patient monitoring.
Collaborating with physicians and leadership to expand affiliate clinical research programs.
Supporting patient-centered care while ensuring high-quality research outcomes.

What Were Looking For

To excel in this role, youll need:

BSN
3+ years of oncology nursing experience.
3+ years of oncology clinical research nursing experience.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical records, and clinical trial management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Human Subject Research & Good Clinical Practice (CITI Training)
Familiarity with clinical trials regulations (local, state, and federal)
Strong understanding of scientific and healthcare principles
