Your Role: As an Oncology Clinical Research NP, youll wear many hats:
- Clinical Expert: Apply evidence-based practices, evaluate patient/family transition of care, and complete medication reconciliations.
- Educator: Facilitate patient-centered coordinated care through interdisciplinary team rounds and educational programs.
- Change Agent: Identify practice gaps, initiate evidence-based changes, and align practices with organizational pillars.

Your Profile/Qualifications:
- Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program
- Masters degree
- Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and Advance Practice Nurse License or willing to obtain
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
