Director of Nursing / Home Health
We are seeking a qualified home health Director of Nursing for an immediate opening in Lakeland, FL! The Director of Nursing ensures that healthcare facilities are safe and meet the needs of patients and their families. They make sure there is adequate staff for the facility and that the staff is well trained to meet the safety and health of patients. They oversee budgeting, staffing, training and ongoing education. Directors of Nursing supervise their staff for performance, giving feedback on an ongoing basis. They enforce local, state and federal laws in a healthcare facility.

- Up to $95,000 (depending on years of experience)

Requirements/Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of DON experience in the Home Health setting
- OASIS experience/knowledge required
- Must be a FLRegistered Nurse
- Associate degree required, bachelors degree preferred
