Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Health (Per Diem) 4:00 pm- 10:00 pm
For over 30 years, our not-for-profit senior living community, has provided vibrant living opportunities to people 65+ by offering a host of hospitality, wellness and health care services. RN will care for residents in our Independent Living setting. The RN will have a broad background and a depth of understanding of the needs of the older adult with complex medical issues.
HOURS/SHIFTS: (Per Diem) Evenings 4:00 pm-10:00 pm
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Responding to emergency calls from residents
Using assessment skills to determine care needs and communicating those needs to the resident and family
Providing routine nursing treatments
Documenting all care given in the electronic record
Documenting incident reports such as falls in the electronic record
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current CPR/AED certification
Minimum 3-5 years Nursing experience
Home Health / LTAC experience
