Clinical Systems Analyst:100% Remote OpportunityIs responsible for designing and supporting the integrated commercial enterprise solution for DSS.Researches industry regulations, workflows, and enhancement possibilities to improve workflow and meet the industry demands.Draws upon clinical experience to inform workflow and design to better meet end-user needs.Has the ability to learn and use new software to create design mock-ups and prototypes while understanding industry UI/UX standards.Provides guidance in the development of DSS enterprise solution, acts as a subject matter and content expert supporting the development efforts.Functions as a clinical user advocate and consultant to maximize functional use of existing or new products, drawing on clinical knowledge and workflow experience. Identifies workflow and process gaps in order to make enhancement recommendations and implement change processes.Is self-directing, with the ability to identify priorities and mobilize projects in an orderly fashion to achieve desired results and effectively use collaboration in driving decisions.Has the ability to understand technical issues at a high level and be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.Works with Scrum team and Product Owner (Product Line Manager) to create a great collaborative environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Essential Duties:Creates mockups and workflows that encompass requirements and optimize end-user experienceCollaborates across project team to refine requirements, guide development, and aid in testingCommunicates with development and QA team to ensure mutual understanding of design prototypes, functional requirements, and testing planReceives and offers constructive criticism when participating in design reviewsWorks with other CSAs to develop and contribute to companys design standardsHelps to identify and mitigate risks.Travels when needed, including weekend travel when deemed necessary (abiding by DSS established travel guidelines).Travels up to 25% of the time as necessary to support the various commercial products and/or as directed by Management
